Step into your confidence by strengthening your RADIANT BODY

Have you ever dreamed of being able to positively uplift people by simply walking into a room?

Have you ever dreamed of having confidence that people respect and trust?

Do you want to become a magnet to all that your desire in your life?

Do you crave to project yourself as confident + graceful?

 

Do you struggle with commitment?

Fear of rejection?

Too many insecurities to count?

 

If so, it is time to strengthen your radiant body.

 

Even in my worst times in motherhood + building my dream career, I still desire to be beautiful, successful, trusted and loved…my radiant body can support me in achieving these desires with ease.

 

Whenever I feel out of balance, dull, insecure, and just plain “blah” I get on my yoga mat with the sole intention to welcome my inner radiance to shine through me.

 

By strengthening your radiant body you are building and expanding your inner beauty…the one that can be felt and seen.

 

In the teachings of Kundalini Yoga the body is made up of 10 bodies. The 10th body is the radiant body and refers to a field of energy that extends 9 feet around us. Your radiant body shines on everybody and acts a protective agent to everybody. It does not let things in. It acts as a light of armor. Some refer to the radiant body as a band that sits on top of the aura resembling a golden tip or energy field.

 

The beautiful gift of strengthening your radiant body is that you will become a magnet to all that you desire. Good things will come easily to you and welcomed into your life and attention will come to you naturally.

 

I personally think that all women and mothers should spend at least 15 minutes everyday strengthening their radiant body, preferably upon waking. This will set your day up for success and get you into the feeling of your own inner beauty and power, while radiating that same power to all that you connect with throughout the day. It is really a gift to all.

 

 

Yoga Pose to Strengthen Radiant Body: Archer Pose

 

Do 5-11 minutes of Archer pose on each side.
